How do I activate my Edline account?

From the MC home page, click on the Edline button.  At the bottom of the login window on the left is a link provided for activating a new account.  Have your activation code handy and follow the simple instructions.

Do I need an email address to use Edline?

No, but if you provide an email address you will be automatically notified at that address of any grade updates.  Also teachers have access to those email addresses and can use them to quickly contact you if necessary.

Where do I get my activation code?

Your code should have been provided to you at orientation night.  If you do not have a code you can still get one by contacting Mr. Chris Goolsby, Assistant Principal for Academics and Records at cgoolsby@mchs.org and be sure to place Edline in the subject line.

How often should I expect grades to be updated?

Teachers are required to update their Edline grades every week.

Is Edline an official grade report?

No, Edline provides Grade to Date progress and is not an official grade record.
